7 Robert Marshall has been appointed senior account manager at Corporate Reputations. In this role, Marshall will advise clients across a range of sectors on reputation building and media relations, as well as stakeholder communications and issues management. Prior to joining Corporate Reputations, he worked for telecommu- nications provider 3, where he devel- oped the communications, public affairs and community relations programmes for the National Broadband Scheme. Before this, he worked with Murray Consultants and Insight Consultants where his clients included leading public companies, semi-state bodies and rep- resentative organisations in all sectors. He also worked with the Fianna Fáil press office for several years.
8 Vanessa Markey has joined Tourism Ireland as its new head of Great Britain. Markey has previously worked with Bentley Motors as its marketing strategy, launch and planning manager and was market- ing and PR manager Europe for Land Rover.
9 Laura Scanlan has been promoted to the position of account manager at MediaVest. She will be responsible for managing the media planning and implementing strat- egy for a number of key clients such as the Road Safety Authority, Dublin City Council, Batchelors Foods, United Biscuits, Supermac’s, Penneys, Avon and Western Union. Scanlan joined MediaVest in 2006 and has looked after the media buying for Proctor & Gamble and the media planning for a number of accounts such as VHI Healthcare, Nissan and Marriott Hotels. She holds an honours degree in communications from DCU.
10 Doireann Murray has been appointed account manager at Ad2One Ireland. She will be responsible for developing new digital advertising revenues and will head
up the direct client and advertising agency divisions. Murray joins the com- pany from Sky Media, where she was responsible for advertising sales across all of Sky’s wholly-owned channels, including Sky Sports, Sky 1 and Sky News. A sales, marketing and business development professional, Murray has had an extenisve career spanning 12 years. As group manager for Viacom Brand Solutions she was responsible for developing new media opportunities for youth and entertainment brands includ- ing MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and E!. Before that she held production and editing positions for various RTÉ divisions including RTE Sport and RTÉ’s Prime Time.
11 Coface UK & Ireland has appointed Roslyn Keogh as commercial manager. Keogh joins Coface from the Credit Insurance Management Company (CIMCO), where she had worked for 11 years, most recently as head of client relations. Prior to this, she worked at Citibank.
12 Mark Tuthill has been appointed creative director with digital agency CKSK. Throughout his advertising career Tuthill has created award-winning work for many of Ireland’s leading brands, includ- ing Vhi Healthcare and Heineken. A win- ner of numerous national and interna- tional awards, he recently won Gold at the 2010 Kinsale Sharks.
13 Stuart Burke has been appointed cus- tomer service manager at online car parts retailer, MicksGarage. Burke will oversee customer service operations for MicksGarage in Ireland and the UK. He has several years’ experience in the motoring sector having worked with Ace Autobody and MSL Park Service Centre. He will have overall responsibility for cus- tomer service for MicksGarage, from telesales to email operations.

Ireland, a member of the Allianz group of companies. O’Regan has over 15 years’ experience working in senior sales, busi- ness development and marketing roles with global blue-chip finance services and assistance companies.
15 Candidate Manager has appointed Don Stapleton as product marketing manager. A key focus for Stapleton in his new role will include strategic direction for Candidate Manager’s online applicant tracking system platform and prioritising new product development initiatives. Stapleton previously headed up the sales function at CardBASE Technologies. Prior to this, he worked in the UK for 10 years with a number of bespoke software and product software vendors. He holds an honours degree in computer information systems and a diploma in financial management.
16 Škoda Ireland has appointed Zac Hollis as its new brand director for Ireland. In this role, Hollis will be responsible for developing the Škoda brand in the Irish market. Hollis began his career as an accountant for the Volkswagen Group in 1990. He has been the head of planning and reporting with Škoda Auto in the Czech Republic for the last three years and prior to that had been head of planning with Škoda UK since 2004. He has also spent a number of years as financial controller with both Škoda UK and Volkswagen UK.
17 Škoda Ireland has appointed John Donegan as head of sales and marketing and deputy director. Donegan has over 12 years’ experience in retail marketing across a range of industries. Prior to his current role, he was head of marketing and sales for Postbank Ireland. He has also held senior marketing positions with
