h, Vegas. What do you have in store for us this year, I wonder? No doubt a series of early nights,
plenty of sleep and coming back to the UK fully rested and fulfilled in every way after the G2E show. Well, perhaps not. But you never know. If you see any of the CI team in Vegas though, do say hello. This issue, the highlight for me is an interview with Jeba Kingsley at Bally about their very exciting new smartphone application. If you’re a forward-thinking casino manager or operator, you definitely want to check this out – it is without question the next step in customer retention. Elsewhere, highlights include Nick Hawkins’ look at what the UK Government’s recent cuts mean for gaming – and if Nick says it could be a good thing, believe the man.
