WELD FUME CONTROL Miniflex ®

Portable Welding Fume Extractor Lincoln Electric’s Miniflex®

Processes • Stick (light duty) • TIG • MIG • Flux-Cored (light duty)

welding fumes from light duty welding applications. The Miniflex®

is a high vacuum system designed for the removal and filtration of excels in performance and

ease of handling. It can be completely disassembled in a matter of minutes for cleaning and maintenance. The convenient automatic start/stop function can extend the life of the motor brushes and reduces energy consumption.

• Five-stage Filtration System – Delivers higher filtration efficiency. Final stage includes a HEPA H12 Class filter.

• Generously Sized Main Filter – Large surface area (130 ft2/12 m2) extends filter's useable life.

• Activated Carbon Filter (optional) – Reduces the recirculation of odors into the environment.

• Current Sensor – Allows convenient automatic start/stop capability by sensing welding current.

• Multiple Extraction Settings – Choose 94 CFM (Low) or 135 CFM (High).

• Quiet Operation – Sound level

• Highly Portable – Standard wheels, handle and light weight make the Miniflex®

X-Tractor 1GC ®

Portable Welding Fume Extraction and Filtration Lincoln Electric’s X-Tractor®

1GC is a high vacuum extraction system designed for the removal

and filtration of welding fume. The 1GC is a great choice for fume removal on the light duty welding applications typically found in shops or companies with a small number of welding stations. The compact size and light weight of the X-Tractor® move to where it's needed.

1GC make the unit easy to

• Simple to Configure – Uses a single fume extraction welding gun or suction nozzle attachment.

• Filter Cleaning System – Unique rotary air jet system allows the polyester filter to be cleaned using compressed air without removing it from the X-Tractor®

1GC.

• Automatic Start/Stop Sensor – Provides extraction only when needed, extends motor life, and reduces energy consumption.

• Wide Variety of Extraction Nozzles Available – Easily adapt the X-Tractor® welding applications.

• Low noise operation – 74 dBA.
