Use our popular AC-225 to stick weld mild steel, low alloy and stainless steels as well as cast iron for common repair and hobby projects.


• 40-225 amps AC stepped output control is enough for 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) diameter mild steel general purpose stick electrodes and select 5/32 in. (4.0 mm) diameter electrodes.


• Weld 16 gauge sheet metal to heavy plate on mild steel, low alloy stainless, cast iron and hardfacing applications.
