lot of consolidation of hotel programmes. We are seeing that during 2010 – as demand for business travel returns – we are now being invited onto RFP bids that we actively sought through unsolicited bids last year. “Price is king but of course we do focus on


our offering by ensuring that we are pointing out any of our added values over our competitors and use this strategically during the RFP and negotiation stages. “The big push at present from the corporate
