really achieve? Can you see us put- ting protesting college kids in the penitentiary? I think not. Such a law would simply be a cause celebre for protesters of any sort. How many times have you seen a flag burning in the last 10 years? A constitutional amendment can be a slippery slope indeed. Certainly it is possible, considering the many politicians wishing to look patriotic. MOAA is far too important and influ- ential to be wasting its value by chas- ing Vietnam-era ghosts.
