We followed this up with an Environmental Lead Auditor course.
This was a more focused group, facilities managers, existing
quality lead auditors and other key environmental key staff.
The Practical Implementation course was tailored to our
business and several of the exercises were adapted to use our site,
instead of using standard training cases. This made the training very
real and less theoretical - a real positive for us!
The Lead Auditor course was a dedicated week where the staff
from different areas of the business bonded and also received a
greater understanding of each other’s pressures and day to day
issues. The training was brilliantly delivered training and a 100%
exam pass rate was achieved.
