Training
The outcome was that LRQA Training delivered two tailored training
courses which focused on auditing and auditing techniques; one at
the National Federation of Fish Fryers office in Leeds and another
at the Seafish office in Edinburgh. The content covered numerous
topics including the responsibilities of an internal auditor, how to
prepare for an assigned audit and producing audit reports. All of
the Seafish approved assessors who have a background in fish and
chips provided feedback outlining the usefulness of the training.
