spo is simply stunning, and while some of this huge exhbition is
most certainly winter sports related, there’s a lot of crossover and
plenty to see and do for the outdoors trade too…
Traditionally, it’s been the key wintersports show for Europe, but for 2010
the trade show is dropping the ‘winter’ to become simply ispo. This is
because the show has added much more for visitors, with fitness, outdoor,
performance, style and Sports Source Europe all adding to the mix. It is, the
organisers say, an evolution, a response to what the market needs. It also
means there is no longer a summer ispo event, after the Bike Expo was
launched this past summer.
The format remains familiar, with exhibitors organised into communities
so retailers can more easily find the sector relevant to them. Communities
include: Board, Ski, Outdoor, Sportstyle, Performance and more.
