Natural Products Association Conventions

or those of us who enjoy following the latest information and products in the natural health industry, the Natural
Products Association (NPA) is a great resource. They host 3 tradeshows annually to give attendees a glimpse of the latest and greatest in this growing industry. The shows are spread out over the course of the year and are located in California (Expo West in March), Maryland (Expo East in September) and Florida (SOHO in December). Natural Awakenings magazine of Central Florida in collaboration with Revolutionary Wellness Consulting was able to attend SOHO in December 2015 and Expo West in March 2016. With SOHO 2016 just around the corner in Orlando, we want to share our insights with you in case you are a retailer, practitioner, broker, educator or media outlet who is interested in attending this year’s event. SOHO 2015 hosted several professional speaking events with pioneers and leaders in the industry such as Dr. Jospeh Mercola, Dr. David Perlmutter, Ellen Kahmi, Dr. Michael Murray and Terry Lemerond. Each presenter offered valuable insights into trends ranging from new research with probiotics, botanical compounds that aid in lowering infl ammation, to new marketing shifts in the natural health industry. Among the highlights of each show were the companies in the industry who continue to pioneer innovative ideas by creating great products for consumers.
