Sisterly English duo Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas, a familiar presence on the UK gig circuit with a pop-inflected yet classic-leaning country-rock sound, are embarking on ye olde “intimate acoustic tour” in November. They’ve been kicking their heels since spring of last year waiting to do it, too, since when the fourth Ward Thomas album, autumn 2020’s Invitation, has been released.
