Refugees From National Socialism In Wales: Learning From The Past For The Future
This exhibition connects the stories of mod- ern-day refugees with the stories of those who fled from National Socialism in the 1930s onwards. These historical and modern narra- tives are represented through artworks, pho- tography and literature, created by refugees to raise awareness of their experiences in Wales. Forced migration is a prevalent modern issue and this exhibition aims to educate on its histo- ry, as we move towards the future. Aberystwyth Arts Centre, until Sun 29 Jan.

Tubular Bells 50th Anniversary
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Mike Oldfield’s unlikely block- buster hit album of yore, the Tubular Bells concert is touring the UK, ar- riving in Wales in early February. The album that soundtracked both The Exorcist and the 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony will be performed live, with an orchestra and visual accompaniments.
