As winter approaches what should you do to help maintain your summer glow?
We often think the spring and summer months are the most healthy and radiant for our skin, but the truth is that it’s likely to have put our skin through the ringer with damaging UVA exposure, leaving pigmentation and dryness. With these effects often dragging into the winter, we’re further tested by the elements, as the cold, wind and rains start to bite. Central heating, colds, bugs and changes to our diet - combined with the natural instinct to hibernate - all take their toll on our complexion, with areas of redness, or sensitivity, masking our natural glow. Treat
Facial oils are amazing at protecting the skin by strengthening and maintaining its moisture barrier. Once a week
