Located on the first floor and seating up to 30 guests, the Brecon Room has an open fire, oak floor and a large bay window overlooking Cross Street.
With elegant table decorations and a dedicated team to look after you, dining in the Brecon Room is perfect for social gatherings, family feasts and celebrating with colleagues.

Asian-style tuna and avocado tartare Carpaccio of beef with truffle
Baked caramelised shallot and goat’s cheese tart Fennel and chickpea soup, pesto -
Ballotine of Usk Vale turkey, Savoy cabbage, sage and onion stuffing, duck fat roast potatoes
Whole baked seabass, new potatoes, brown shrimps and preserved lemon Roast loin of venison, parmentier potato, sprout tops and girolles Crown Prince squash gnocchi, sautéed ceps, chestnuts, nut brown butter Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables -
