Located in the courtyard, our pop-up bar has become an essential part of the Christmas experience at The Angel, bringing the ambience of an alpine ski lodge to the heart of Abergavenny. Vin Brulé, wheat beer, sloe gin and authentic Bavarian snacks enhance the Après Ski experience.


Kick start the festive season at the Après Ski Bar Opening Party on Saturday 24th November (ski gear or traditional alpine attire essential).


The bar will then be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout December:


Fridays 5.00pm to 10.00pm Saturdays 12 noon to 10.00pm Sundays 12 noon to 9.00pm


Exclusive Hire


The Après Ski Bar is available for private hire for groups of up to 30 guests. Enjoy this unique space with its own music system, an apéritif upon arrival, three-course dinner or two-course sharing menu and a dedicated member of our team to look after you. The perfect, unique venue for your exclusive Christmas Party.
