THE Traditional Farm-fresh Turkey Association (TFTA) is a group of 40 independent family-run farms across the UK supplying fresh traditional turkeys specifically for Christmas. Te TFTA’s Golden Turkey Quality Assurance

artisan production practices means that their turkeys are sold by accredited producers, to independents and butchers only, never to supermarkets. Dry plucking and
