ENTER THE BRITISH CHARCUTERIE AWARDS

still have just over one month to enter the awards. Choose from any of the nine classes available (covering whole muscle, soſt & spreadable, bacon, native & heritage breeds to name but a few). Judging Our judging panel is


made up of industry experts, including chefs, buyers, food writers, food educators, and food personalities. Judging is based on best practices, innovation and/or excellence, presentation, and eating
