Process audit
As an independent integrator in feed milling, the Van Mourik Group is one company with multiple disciplines and experience. To assess the status of a plant and its processes, the Van Mourik Group have developed the process audit. This comprehensive audit leads to expert qualified advice for improvements on quality, capacity increase, and energy reduction.
Our team that performs the audit consists of process specialist electrical and mechanical engineers with detailed knowledge of the feed production processes. They study, each from their own expertise, each element of the production process with the objective of providing a detailed report with insight into where the process can be optimised.
An example of such a customer issue is whether it is possible to increase the production capacity in the factory
using existing machines. Often capacity increase solutions focus on high investment in a new production line. From the audit, it often turns out that the desired increase in capacity can be achieved with relatively simple measures of process optimisation and strategic equipment renewal, resulting in significantly lower investment costs and plant downtime.
