Llanmoor Homes wins Housebuilder of the Year

LLANMOOR HOMES scooped the award for Housebuilder of Te Year Award recently at the Insider Wales Property Awards 2017 aſter celebrating its most successful year in over 50 years of trading. Compered by radio and TV presenter Jason Mohammad, the event recognised key movers in Wales' property and construction sectors, and Llanmoor Homes topped the category which sought the most high impact builder of homes in Wales. Tim Grey, Sales Director at Llanmoor Homes, said: “We are absolutely over the moon with our award win! Tis achievement has only been made possible by the hard work of our whole team so I’d like to thank everyone at Llanmoor for the fantastic work they do day in, day out to deliver to our customers.” Over the last twelve months alone Llanmoor Homes has completed 159 homes for its buyers , taken 194 reservations and constructed around 205 brand new homes. Te company also completed its highly popular developments at Elms Farm and
Bethesda Field last year, and continues to work on six other sites at Llanharry, Llanharan, Tondu, Bridgend, Newport and Tonyrefail that will when completed bring a total of 700 new homes to the South Wales region. “As a company we’ve achieved huge success so far this year and to have that recognised with this accolade is wonderful. During 2016-17 we made significant investments to acquire & secure option agreements relating to land for residential development and we’re actively promoting these sites through the planning process for a further 2,500 new homes.” Te family-run housebuilder has built over 4,500 homes in South Wales since establishing in 1966, as well as providing road improvements, education contributions, public open spaces and social and low-cost homes to parts of Wales that oſten struggle for investment.
