Family days out in the summer holidays at T e Royal Mint Experience School’s Out
With the summer holidays just around the corner, T e Royal Mint Experience is off ering a jam-packed schedule for the whole family to enjoy. T e visitor centre off ers visitors a ‘wealth’ of knowledge about coins and their journey from production to pocket, and guests will also be able to fi nd out about the rich 1,000 year history of T e Royal Mint. T e Royal Mint in Llantrisant, just 20 minutes out of Cardiff , off ers a fun and educational day out for the whole family. Guests will be given the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour during which they will be able to view the factory fl oor from the viewing gallery, and then enjoy full access to the interactive exhibition
where the story of T e Royal Mint is told. On selected days during the Summer Holidays, T e Royal Mint Experience will be hosting workshops and family-friendly activities to give visitors a varied and entertaining experience. All events are included in the price of the ticket.
