week to Lighthouse Gospel Church. Two families who have been attend- ing services faithfully for about seven months have embraced reformed doc- trines. Both the fathers are regularly attending the men’s training meetings. Please pray that the Lord will use these men for good in our midst. The children’s and adults’ Sunday Schools are well attended. It is very encouraging that the ministry of the Word is being well appreciated. We thank God also for our young people. The Calajo-an youth group with the Vito youth group meet in the school premises for Bible study and fel- lowship every Sunday afternoon. We have opened and reopened

outreaches this year. The children’s outreach in Tungkil Minglanilla, which was started the summer before last, was stopped last October because the government had done work to deepen the river which most of the children had to cross to attend our Saturday

classes. The water was just to the waist- line of the bigger children who used to carry their smaller siblings. However, due to recent heavy rains,
rocks and stones from the mountains were carried down the river which has now become even shallower than before so that small children no longer need to be carried. We resumed classes in February and thank the Lord for his providence. There are more children now than
before and we have had to increase the number of classes. We also have a feeding ministry in this place every second and fourth Saturday of the month.
During the fi rst week of February we opened a new Sunday School exten- sion for children and youth in Dumlog, Talisay City in the yard and car park of a relative. We thank God for the
