both senior and junior groups have been well attended and we have been helped recently by a gift to purchase more indoor and outdoor games for


these meetings. Every now and then the accusation comes around that we photograph Sunday School children and pretend that they are orphans in order to at- tract funds from abroad. We have been encouraged recently to hear that some parents whose children come to the Sunday School have ‘fought’ for us on this issue – defending us before others. Many people have assured us that they are listening to our radio broad- cast but the actual response has been small. We have decided, therefore, to move from this to using the many community PA systems around this city. This is cheaper and, impor- tantly, we are able to get brethren on the ground to visit the immedi- ate communities with tracts and booklets and to have conversations. We have already begun this in the community closest to us. The PA machines are basic and put a considerable strain on one’s voice. We have decided to share this work with all our male Sunday School teachers who will each take a PA system in an area and preach using the Les- sons for Life notes. This
