Over 7,000 X-ECO LED lighting towers have been delivered during this period, with the majority taken up by hire firms. With sustainability at the forefront of their activities, Trime has designed a
range of fuel saving, carbon reducing lighting towers that deliver safe and bright illumination. Two recent examples are the Trime X-ECO battery and the X-CHAIN. The X-ECO battery boasts no fuel costs, zero carbon emissions, minimal vibration and little routine maintenance - while completely eliminating noise pollution. This set is used by hire firms, principally on highway works, construction sites and outside events. Up to four Trime X-CHAIN LED sets can be connected together using a simple
‘socket-in/socket-out’ system, and are then attached to a single power source - either ordinary mains or a portable generator. Peli Area lighting systems offer powerful LED lighting for general maintenance purposes, or locations where mains power is not available. With silent operation and no trailing cables, these rugged, water resistant units offer instant portable light.
The Peli 9490 model features a ten LED head that extends
above 1.8 metres to allow a wide area light, and a rechargeable/ interchangeable battery. Adding an extra battery enables users to double the run time.
Many Peli Area lights now include an
intelligent control panel, which adjusts the light output according to the length of light duration required and provides a real-time display allowing users to plan their time and shifts accordingly. The Peli 9600 LED lighting system is
a linkable system of work area lighting, which is designed to illuminate long stretches of rail track, tunnels, roads and walkways without the hassles of conventional heavyweight lighting towers. At least twice as efficient as fluorescent alternatives, the Peli 9600 can provide double the distance of illuminated work area from the same model of generator.
