Business grows at HSC Comprehensive range from R4R
The Ready for Rent (R4R) range from PSD Groundscare comprises products suitable for tasks in all seasons, a selection of which will be shown at Saltex. Equipment includes AS Motor brush cutters and flail mowers, such as the AS 940 RC which can be converted to remote-control when ride-on operation is not deemed safe. Also in the portfolio are Eliet green waste shredders with a capacity up to 130mm, available as wheeled, trailed or tracked models. Truck loaders and blowers are offered for debris clearance, along with scarifiers, seeders and edgers. The Koppl selection of two-wheel tractors includes the Compact
Easy and Compact Light power units which, together with an extensive range of attachments, offer solutions for small and medium-sized areas. Implements include rotavators, stone buriers, rotary and flail mowers, weed strippers and sweepers. R4R also offers TS Industrie equipment for shredding green waste
and wood chipping, starting with the Tiger 25D multi-vegetation shredder at sub-750kg and including models for chipping wood up to 23cm in diameter. The recently launched WS/16-35D in-line chipper also weighs less than 750 and can process branches with a diameter of 16cm. A turntable model, the WS/16-35DT, is also available. Completing the line-up are Meccanica Benassi rotavators powered by Honda engines and available with working widths up to 80cm.

HSC (Hire Supply Co) reports increased sales of its Barreto hydraulic tracked trenchers and stump grinders, as well as its Dosko 6hp and 13hp root and stump grinders, with many repeat orders from customers expanding their fleets. HSC’s portfolio also includes Weber compaction equipment, including compaction plates, floor saws and concreting equipment. HSC MSC, the re-branded Midland Power Distribution business,
offers the Active range of grounds care products which carry a three-year commercial warranty. The line-up includes turf cutters (pictured), scarifiers, brush cutters, hedge cutters and lawnmowers. The mowers are available with a choice of Honda or Briggs & Stratton engines, and are fitted with high-lift blades for better grass collection and a clean finish. Also available are
chainsaws fitted with Active’s own 2-stroke engines that incorporate lightweight pistons to reduce vibration. Various models will be displayed on the company’s stand at Saltex.
