We live in crazy times. If you had said a year ago that most of the world would be experiencing differing forms of lockdown – restaurants would be closed, you cannot go to the cinema, and most people will need to work from home - would you have believed it? I know I would not have done. This, for now, is the new normal. We are
living in a crazy world. One where personal lives are different and one where work life has changed almost beyond recognition. Not only do you no longer see family in person outside of your own four walls, you do not get to see your clients or business associates either. Thank heavens for apps such as Zoom,
Teams, and FaceTime! Paladin Commercial was founded in
1997 and, like most businesses, has had to adapt, be flexible, and re-assess its business model. Luckily, we already had a business
continuity plan, but let us face facts: that was for a temporary office issue – not a long-term lock down.

respondents had a documented Disaster Recovery or BCP in place prior to COVID-19.
Prior to COVID-19 l 67% teams used laptops for day-to-day operations
