ABAX vehicle tracking software helps companies save money


LONDON-BASED waste removal fi rm Rubbishcut Ltd decided to replace its current vehicle tracking system with the ABAX Triplog, a cost-eff ective, self-installable solution.


The company also provides waste management services for the capital’s surrounding areas and has a growing fl eet of rubbish removal tipper vans.


Rubbishcut Ltd track all of its vans using GPS systems to maximise the effi ciency of its fl eet and prove to the relevant authorities that it disposes of all the rubbish it collects responsibly on recycling sites.


Piotr Urbaniak, Director of Rubbishcut Ltd, said: “Using a tracking system helps us to fulfi l more jobs in a day, since we know exactly where our vans are – it is therefore critical for off ering a same day waste removal service.


“Another reason for using the ABAX tracking system is we’ve saved money on our fl eet insurance premium. We recently had one of our company vehicles stolen and if we didn’t have a tracker in our van, we would have lost it and would have to make an insurance claim and lose our premium discounts.”
