Mardon Recycling releases new range of fully automated balers

MARDON Recycling Machinery Ltd have introduced its new 2019 range of fully automatic baling machines.

The company, which is part of the Mardon Group, has been working closely with German manufacturers to produce an innovative range full of new technology which will provide unrivalled performance and effi ciency.

The range now consists of horizontal and vertical type machines. Mardon Recycling’s Trojan fully auto balers can now be ordered with the company’s innovative plastic wire tying system as well as Mardon’s new cross-tie system as an option – which is capable of baling between two and 20 tonnes per hour.

The fl agship of the range is the new Colossus, capable of producing up to one- tonne bales. The new system, paired with a pressing force of up to 95 tonnes, makes this new machine the ideal solution for baling RDF. PET wire is ideal for the

burning process used with RDF and Mardon’s specially designed tying system, which ensures a tight and secure bale.

Operationally it is as easy to use as a conventional channel baler and an aff ordable RDF solution for a fraction of the price of a typical RDF baler.

Mardon off er various fi nancial options from outright purchase and leasing to the company’s own contract rental scheme. This enables customers to have the best equipment available with the latest technology at a cost that suits them.
