Pantone launches new colour trends tool P


antone has launched a new colour intelligence and forecasting tool that integrates with its Pantone Connect system. Its features include expert trend insights, colour education to guide colour usage, and a global colour data tool to inform designers about trending colours in different industries and cities.


Laurie Pressman, vice-president of Pantone Color Institute, said: “We believe this content can be an added support for designers to understand the relationship

DTB brings industry veteran on board D

ESPA UK has welcomed the addition of Jon Hutton, a valuable collaborator for the past three years, to the team. Mr Hutton’s work on pioneering initiatives such as the Waste Accreditation and The Waste Academy has signifi cantly advanced FESPA UK’s efforts in sustainability. In his new role, Mr Hutton will be integral to the daily operations of FESPA UK. He will engage in all areas of the association’s work, enhancing FESPA UK’s capabilities to provide comprehensive support to members. Mr Hutton said: “The landscape of sustainability within our industry has improved immensely over the last few years, with FESPA UK being a key driving force, and I’ll continue to push this agenda forwards. I’ve operated in the UK printing industries for over 20 years now, and it’s an industry that’s close to my heart, so I’m absolutely delighted with the opportunity of developing the signage and graphics sector with a world class association, as FESPA UK is.” FESPA UK’s MD, Suzi Ward, added: “We have thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Jon over the past three years.
