VF Corporation names Caroline Brown global brand president of The North Face


C


aroline Brown has been appointed as the new global brand president of The North Face by the VF Corporation. Ms Brown succeeds Nicole Otto and, as a result of her appointment, Ms Brown has resigned as a member of the VF board of directors.


Bracken Darrell, president and CEO of VF, said: “Caroline’s expertise in building and transforming global brands, as well as her extensive experience in the apparel and fashion industry, fit perfectly with the needs of The North Face brand at this time. “With Caroline’s intense focus on brand building, product design, consumer insight, and innovation, I am confident The North Face will expand its enormous power as a leading global outdoor brand and be a driving force behind VF’s growth and value creation.


“I thank Nicole for her dedication and service to VF and the brand, and wish her the best in her future endeavours.” In other news, VF has additionally appointed Mindy Grossman and Kirk Tanner as independent directors on the VF board.

rapFest returns to Silverstone on October 3 and 4 with an even bigger event that will once again unite wrap professionals, enthusiasts, and industry leaders from across Europe.


Across two days, the show will offer a comprehensive programme of informative talks, demonstrations and training, that will equip attendees with the knowledge, skills, and latest product information to evolve their business.

In addition to all of these live demonstrations and educational opportunities, the UK leg of the prestigious World Wrap Masters competition will also take centre stage. With these colours available within Vivid CLM’s online colour palette optimisation and correction tools, designers can more quickly and easily create and share their colour palettes for more accurate inkjet printing.

This can reduce the burden of pre-production colour proofing and streamline the colour management process to help deliver high-quality printed fabric and apparel in a fast and economical way.
