Amaya Sales UK Great advantages in production eff iciency

Amaya has personnel with over 30 years’ experience in the industrial embroidery business. With this kind of experience, the team can offer the perfect advice on how to improve your embroidery production or help you set up a new side to your business.

Melco introduced its modular system over 19 years ago and has produced several models with the latest being the Melco EMT16X. The modular system gives you great advantages in production effi ciency. Traditional multi-head embroidery machines require all embroidery machine heads to operate in unison. This means that a bobbin change, thread break, or other issue on one head requires all other heads to stop, until the issue is resolved. In contrast, with Melco EMT16X embroidery machines, a bobbin change or thread break

Melco EMT16X

does not require all the other heads to stop sewing – they keep working even when one head has stopped. The Melco multiple head version is a little more expensive than most competitive multi-heads, you will fi nd that it’s return on investment comes after a few months and after that you are on to a winner with regards to production and effi ciency. The Melco EMT16X single head version compares well with other competitive models on price but offers many more benefi ts to you as an embroiderer. As well as the technical benefi ts, you can add on extra machines when production dictates. So, you don’t have to make the decision about what size machine you start with and then loose money when you part exchange. So, the next time are looking for a new embroidery machine or system, pay Amaya a visit. Bring designs you have run on your existing machine together with their runtimes, and then compare them when running on the Melco EMT16X. Amaya Sales UK now has a new large showroom in Hampshire, as well as Nottingham.
