Kornit Digital acquires Custom Gateway I


n order to expand its cloud software workflow portfolio for end-to-end management of on-demand apparel and home décor production, Kornit Digital has completed the acquisition of Custom Gateway.

Custom Gateway’s cloud platform is suitable for both B2B and B2C business models and handles all steps of efficient on-demand production. The platform enables content sourcing, creation, content management, and display at the front end.


Orders created are captured by a robust order management system and are


directed to the appropriate back-end production sites using sophisticated routing algorithms. Once orders proceed to the production floor, they are smartly routed and managed, to allow for efficient on-demand production on a mass scale. The series which is hosted by various members of the Glenmuir team in Lanark, and streamed exclusively through Glenmuir’s Instagram account, captures the spirit of those personalities from the sporting world who have a passion and affinity towards the great game of golf. The programme has featured Bella Angel, one of Instagram’s most popular female golf influencers, Conor O’Leary, the joint managing director of the famous Gleneagles resort and sports personality and presenter Clare Balding OBE. Andrew Murray, Ian Woosnam and Sir Jackie Stewart are all set to be featured as well as a number of other high-profile personalities from the world of sport.
