P&P LIVE! 2019 Direct to garment printing
Last year saw the introduction of many game changing DTG printers and this year, low and behold, the same thing has happened again. On Resolute DTGʼs stand you will find the new Ri 1000 from Ricoh. This DTG printer is Ricohʼs middle market option. It prints full colour 10x8in graphics on light garments in less than 28 seconds. The printerʼs intelligent auto cleaning system and white ink agitation save time and make the machine incredibly easy to use and maintain. Along with continuous monitoring of ink supply, air level and dampers, the Ricoh Ri 1000 stays in an active state where it is ready to print whenever the user is ready. The launch of this printer follows the introduction of the Ri 100, Ri 3000 and Ri 6000 printers earlier in the year.
Transfer printing and heat presses Transfer printing remains a popular and straightforward method of garment decoration for those entering the market. The vast number of exhibitors that cater to this market will be on hand with plenty of new products and advice in spades. This year sees Target Transfers bring a whole myriad of new heat presses and materials to the exhibition. The Stahlsʼ Hotronix Dual Air Fusion IQ machine will receive its UK debut on stand. This heat press combines the efficiency of a dual headed press and Wi-Fi reporting. Users can use the Hotronix Online Portal to manage users, generate reports, and troubleshoot issues. Target will also launch the Stahlsʼ Hotronix Power Platen. This revolutionary lower platen eliminates the dreaded heat press box on heat-sensitive fabrics; the platen has a built-in pillow to conform to any substrate. And finally, Target will also be bringing the Stahlsʼ EZ Weeding Table, which improves HTV weeding by 80%. The bond between a heat transfer material and its carrier lessens when heated. Try it yourself at P&P LIVE! 2019, bring your own pre-cut design for weeding to put it to the test.

Visitors to both Amaya Sales UK and Adelcoʼs stands will be able to receive information on the new Kornit Storm HD6 industrial printer, which entered the market earlier this year. The Storm HD6 allows small to mid-size businesses to drastically reduce their cost per print, enjoy high-definition image quality and improved hand feel, with an enhanced colour management experience.
Dye sublimation printing
The ground-breaking digital dye sublimation printer, the Texart RT-640M is expected to be the star attraction on the Roland DG (UK) stand. The printerʼs unique printing capabilities make it possible to print directly onto polyester-based fabrics and onto dye sublimation transfer paper, using the same ink and RIP. Delivering an unparalleled price to performance ratio, the RT-640M offers textile print suppliers a truly versatile digital dye sublimation print solution.
Stahls’ EZ Weeding Table
Doro Tape will present the new Image Flex Turbo 4036. This digital print, heat pressable, PU film can be used to produce full colour high resolution graphics and logos for garment personalisation on almost any textile. Along with this, Doro Tape will show how quick and easy it is to produce graphics and logos by demonstrating the whole process from printing with the Roland VersaSTUDIO BN-20 desktop plotter cutter, through to application using the Stahlsʼ Hotronix heat press. And finally, Doro Tape will also be presenting its full selection of garment decoration films. These will include the Pro Flex colour range, reflective and fluorescent films, plus the very popular Pearl Glitter range.
And more…
Besides all of these new and exciting equipment launches, the show will also provide a vibrant, dynamic and interactive platform for visitors.
The Texart RT-640M On Ghostʼs stand you will find the innovative Ghost Sublime
