Rowlinson appoints two directors in newly created job share role


N


icola Ryan and Leanne Gainford have taken up the newly created role of joint director of people services at Rowlinson Knitwear. Ms Ryan is Rowlinsonʼs former head of people services and Ms Gainford is the former people development manager. The job share role is Rowlinsonʼs first, as well as the first appointment to the companyʼs new senior management board which will lead Rowlinson to achieve its next growth goal. Joining Rowlinson in 2008 and 2013, Ms Ryan has 15 yearsʼ experience in recruitment/HR, and Ms Gainford over 20 yearsʼ experience in sales, personal development and coaching. In 2017, Ryan was Stockport Business Awardsʼ Business Person of the Year and shortlisted as IIP Peopleʼs Manager of the Year. Ms Ryan will work Monday to Thursday and Ms Gainford from Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, reporting directly to Rowlinsonʼs managing director.

It also offers customers a colour match feature, enabling the user to photograph a colour and use the app to find the closest colour match within Spandexʼs range of vinyls.
