utumn/ winter 2019 sees Regattaʼs main brands – Tactical Threads and Regatta Professional – develop even further, with Professional pushing the product development boundaries. Professionalʼs five new jackets and two new bodywarmers are made PFC-free, providing an environmentally conscious outfit for professional workers. The new products are also fully brandable with no external branding making them perfect for embroidery, vinyl, screen printing and transfer options.

The new Firedown is a down-touch jacket, coming in corporate colours and a cire finish for a striking polished look. The main fabric weight is a light 37gsm, making it a comfortable piece to wear and great for autumn. With Warmloft insulation, wearers are guaranteed to keep heat locked in. The Firedown is also available as a bodywarmer. The easily compressible bodywarmer is a great transeasonal piece. When autumn starts to give way to winter, working professionals can benefit from the new Ablaze 3 layer softshell jacket. The three layers create a super breathable jacket thatʼs both warm and waterproof. Itʼs available in corporate colours, as well as French blue for a bright alternative. Like the Firedown jacket, the Ablaze is also available as a bodywarmer, providing a happy medium between warmth and agility.

Advancements Technological advances are not the only developments Regatta Professional has made for AW19. The new Limestone jacket cuts a smart design, taking professional style to a brand new level. The jacket is

designed with an on-trend marl fabric and is detailed with flat, streamlined pockets to give this jacket a cool, corporate edge. Itʼs perfect for office workers keen to present a professional image. The new Bifrost offers a stripped back, smart feel just like the Limestone, but with added protection from the elements. The lightweight Bifrost comes with Thermo- guard insulation, discreet reflective piping and adjustable cuffs. A brand new premium softshell completes the new product development for Regatta Professional AW19. The Northway is made with a high-pile fleece-backed softshell featuring Thermo-guard insulation and a water-repellent finish. The black and iron colourways provide a smart outer layer. Alongside these new developments Professional continues to improve upon industry favourites making sure to always deliver quality products.

Construction

Moving away from the office and towards construction, Tactical Threads has taken its brand even further. The Tactical Threads collection, created in 2018, takes the best materials and cuts them into the most stylish designs in the building industry. Bridging the gap between style and performance, Tactical Threads takes the wearer from the buildersʼ yard to the bar. The ʻsite to streetʼ aspect has had a hugely positive response in the workwear industry. As well as jackets, work trousers and boots, the on-trend workwear brand delivers a fantastic range of safety-led hi-vis wear.Thereʼs nothing else like Tactical Threads on the market and the brandʼs commercial potential was apparent

from its inception. Just a few months after products went to market, a sponsorship deal was formed with Warrington Wolves. As well as a fantastic sponsorship deal, captain of the Warrington Wolves team, Chris Hill who also owns his own plumbing business, agreed to become the official ambassador of Tactical Threads. Chris has been enthusiastic in endorsing the brand, which is a real milestone for the northern B2B giant.

Despite early success, Tactical Threads has not rested on its laurels. The commercial achievement has been matched with a second wave of product development. AW19 sees new stylish jackets packed with protective features, and accessories including on-trend braces – perfect for keeping trousers secure around the waist. New safety specs are
