Super Flex Evolution is Xpresʼ thinnest, quick-press garment film measuring just 75 microns. The range has evolved to include 15 new colours that takes the range to 28 in total. Each shade requires pressing for as little as five seconds at temperatures as low as 140⁰C. Join the evolution and slash your production time without compromising on quality! At 75mic, Evolution Print remains Xpresʼ thinnest quick-press printable media and features a vibrant white print face. Compatible with both solvent and latex inks and applies on almost all textile compositions including nylon from just five seconds. Avoid press marks on sensitive fabrics with the low, 140⁰C press temperature. Ultra Cut is excellent for producing fine detail designs due to its sticky backing. This transfer vinyl has hot peel properties, which helps speed up the production process, particularly for multi-colour transfer layering. The opaque white colourway is perfect for numbers and lettering on sportswear and football shirts, as it alleviates the worry of dye migration. Ultra Cut is available in a vast range of colours including fluorescents, metallics and opaques in rolls of 1m, 5m and 25m in length. Epson UltraChrome dye sublimation ink provides limitless possibility. Sold in one litre pouches, this ink is compatible with most Epson SureColor sublimation printers. Xpres stocks these inks along with all the necessary equipment to produce stunning sublimation printed textiles including fashion garments, sports apparel, home décor and soft signage. Epson DS ink is equally suitable for the application of prints onto hard substrates, such as large format ChromaLuxe panels.
SubliPrint from Xpres is a premium European-made sublimation paper, available in a multitude of variants to suit every application. Suitable for hard substrates such as ChromaLuxe, SubliPrint Heavy is a 112gsm paper available in sheets A4 to A3+ and rolls up to 64in wide. SubliPrint Universal is a 90gsm paper thatʼs perfect for businesses printing both textiles and hard substrates. SubliPrint Thermo is a 90gsm paper with a heat activated adhesive to minimise ghosting on textiles and SubliPrint Light is a 70gsm paper designed for the lower ink levels required for textile printing.
