Focus on Digital Printing

Digital printing encompasses many forms; whether that’s direct to garment printing, dye sublimation or wide format printing. Here we provide a quick look at what products are out on the market today.

MHM Direct GB Two new DTG printers from Brother Invite Light digital transfer film

Marathon Print and go

Invite Light digital transfer film is ready to apply the moment it leaves your printer. With no drying time required this has immediate results for production. A bright white film produces crisp print results which then cuts and weeds beautifully. The 90micron film once pressed, blends into the garment leaving no white edge to your transfer. Available in both matt and gloss finishes. A high quality, consistent film developed to produce transfers that will last the lifetime of the garment. Marathon’s top selling film to garment decorators across the UK for price, quality and results.

This summer saw Brother introduce two new direct to garment printers to the market. Both models are available in the UK from MHM Direct GB. The first to launch was the GTXpro Bulk. This DTG printer combines all of the advantages of the previously- released GTX DTG printer, with the addition of mass production features. The result is a space-saving and reasonably priced industrial DTG printer for mass production without

GTXpro Bulk sacrificing any of the well-known advantages of the GTX.

After the successful introduction of the GTXpro Bulk, the GTXpro then followed. This machine is an operator-friendly high- end DTG printer, which features a newly designed industrial white print head in a compact industrial design. Current users of the GTX will be pleased to know that all additional products currently used with this printer, such as the various printing platens, can now be used with the GTXpro without any problems.
