Incorporating No dry technology, Fusion raises the standard in on-press performance for water-based inks.

Unlike some other products, the Fusion range of 14 products are a fi nished ink system, not only meaning in-house of matching small quantities of pantone numbers for sampling is far easier and therefore far more repeatable when scaling up to print the job, but the inks themselves can be printed straight from the container, thus saving you time and money where a Pantone number has not been specifi ed by the customer.

Screen Print World Smooth inks and reliable presses
Spot-On Hybrid inks offer the printer the best of both worlds – a slow drying smooth printing water-based ink suitable for printing onto light and dark garments. Spot-On Hybrid inks are silky smooth to print and perfect for manual or automatic print applications. Screen Print World’s Spot-On Hybrid inks are designed to stay open in the screen for extended periods and do not block like traditional water-based inks, best results with opaque inks are obtained using 43T mesh counts. These inks will fl ash off on press very quickly and offer a smooth soft matte fi nish on fi nal curing. The composition of the WB Hybrid Inks prevents clogging and allow screens to stay open three to four times longer than traditional water-based inks.

These inks offer extra elasticity, soft handle, high washing resistance and rub fastness with a smooth matte fi nish.
The Spot-On Hybrid Inks include a super opaque white, a Spot-On Hybrid Base for adding pigments. metallic gold and silver, as well as a unique water-based anti-migration base.
