Kolibri Dekken


Visitors to the Dekken stand were able to meet the newest member of the textile folding family. The Kolibri is a compact tabletop textile folding machine and is powered exclusively by electricity. It was designed for small to medium-sized companies who want to take their folding and packing processes to the next level.


Monna Lisa ML-800 Epson Artistri P5500 DuPont


Highlighted on the DuPont stand was the new pigment ink series – Artistri P5500. This ink is specially designed for direct to garment decorators and fulfi lment houses who want to move to digital printing but need a faster more reliable process that provides high quality and repeatability. The new ink colours deliver improved wash fastness with both press or oven curing and with faster curing times.


FREEStyler II EXILE Technologies Mister-T2 Ecofreen


On stand Ecofreen showcased a variety of products for the DTG and DTF markets, including fi lms, powders, inks and pre-treatment machines. The Mister-T2 automatic pre-treat spray machine is fully electric and features a smart auto nozzle cleaning and fl ushing programme.


The new SPYDER III and FREEStyler II computer to screen systems received their European launches at FESPA last month. The SPYDER III is a natural evolution of EXILE’s best-selling SPYDER II system, which revolutionised screen stencil making, while the FREEStyler II replaces the original FREEStyler DTS system and boasts a range of improvements and upgrades.


Epson’s stand was split into different areas to bring the range of print possibilities to life. In the promotional area, the SC-F2100 DTG printer and the SC-F100 dye sublimation printer showcased how small businesses or start-ups can expand into the promotional goods sector, while the next-generation direct to fabric digital textile printer, the Monna Lisa ML-800, was printing live onto cotton with pigment ink. In the signage area, Epson’s fi rst water-based resin ink large format printer, the SC-R5000L showed how easy it is to print on a wide range of substrates including wallcoverings, soft signage and fi ne art paper.

The fastest roll-to-roll superwide format solution in its class was presented on the EFI stand. The 3.5m wide EFI VUTEK Q3r LED inkjet printer features a new inline print quality inspection system and a new UltraClear Coat option for more design and application possibilities. This high-volume production workhorse is suitable for everything from fl eet graphics, truckside curtains and building wraps to POP signage, backlit and exhibition graphics.

live demonstrations of all three of Kornit’s next-generation Max systems for sustainable on-demand production. These included the recently launched Atlas Max Poly, the Atlas Max and the Presto Max. Also on stand were industrial curing systems from Tesoma after Kornit acquired the company earlier in the year.
