The Brother GTX600 is the next big thing in mass production

fter the success of the GTXpro and GTXpro BULK, which were introduced in 2020, Brother is adding the GTX600 to the GTX family. Available from January 2022, the GTX600 is the fi rst direct to garment printer designed especially for mass production.
Brother has worked closely with major producers to create a machine that meets the high standards of mass production. To keep the ink in a print ready state, the GTX600 has ink recirculation in four key areas. Brother has developed 16 ink channels jetting from staggered, industrial print heads with internal cooling fans, for continuous print operation. Screen Print World adds desktop folding machine to range

brand-new product has launched at Screen Print World – the T Fold Desktop Folder. Having supplied the screen print industry with automatic folding and bagging machines for many years now, the team can now offer a cheaper and smaller option to customers.
The T-Fold is 43x28in, making it perfect if your tight on space. It can fold a T shirt in around fi ve seconds and comes with a bagging arm that lifts the T shirt in place allowing you to easily bag your garment. What makes the bagging process even easier is the in-built air blower located on the side of the unit, allowing you to fi ll your bag with air before bagging your garment, meaning your can fold and bag a T shirt in around 10 seconds. With the GTX600 Brother has developed its technologies further, the printing speed has been increased and also the industrial maintenance station got upgraded to enable continuous and fast print operations. The auto cleaning frequency is much less than any printer before, which increases the real print productivity drastically.
With the wet capping and inside ink print head circulating technology, ink waste gets reduced, also for the GTX600 the inks are available in 9Land new 18L tanks, to help reduce packaging waste. Brother’s Innobella textile inks are water-based, GOTS- approved and Oeko-Tex Passport certifi ed and therefore eco-friendly. Furthermore, the GTX600 has a built- in mist fi lter, which ensures a secure working environment for the operator.
