eoon is set to showcase a smarter approach to industrial direct to garment (DTG) production at PRINTING United Expo 2026 with the launch of its Compact Ai1 platform. Designed to help manufacturers address labour shortages, rising operating costs and limited production space, the Compact Ai1 focuses on improving effi ciency rather than simply increasing print speeds. Its compact footprint, single-operator workfl ow and Wet-on- Dry technology are designed to reduce energy consumption while maximising productivity.
The system also enables users to print
on both cotton and polyester from a single platform, giving garment decorators greater fl exibility to respond to changing customer demands without adding production complexity.

YES Group releases new online calculator

ES Group has launched a free online productivity calculator designed to help embroidery businesses understand the true impact of production downtime on output and profi tability.
The new tool compares the performance of a conventional multi-head embroidery machine with an SWF Dual Function model, taking into account real-world production factors such as thread breaks, hooping time, cap changeovers and mixed production runs, rather than relying solely on stitch speed.
According to YES Group, the calculator demonstrates how SWF’s patented Dual Function technology can improve productivity by allowing one half of a machine to continue running while the other is being rethreaded, re-hooped or set up for a new job.
