New for 2025, Xpres introduced Epson’s first DTF printer, the SC-G6000. With a print width of 900mm, this DTF printer can produce vivid and precise prints using intricate artwork. If garments aren’t your speciality, this printer is still for you, as it’s suitable for application onto a variety of fabrics. Using Epson’s latest technology, the SC-G6000 is equipped with PrecisionCore print heads, an ink system and an image processor whilst fully integrated with Epson’s user-friendly Edge Print Pro software. To complement the new DTF printer, the Adkins DTF Inline 900 Pro Shaker Cure Unit has been launched. This DTF curing solution comes packed with next-generation features to enable efficient high-volume roll-to-roll DTF production. With a 90cm media width, innovative automatic powder recirculation, and fast curing times with low power consumption for reduced energy costs, the Inline 900 Pro is designed to achieve demanding volume without compromising output quality or reliability. If you’re looking for a space-saving alternative, Adkins has you covered with its DTF Inline Compact 900, designed to easily fit into most production environments. An exciting new release also comes to Xpres with the XY DTF Cutter Bundle. This game changing cutter will transform your DTF production and make it fully automatic when paired with roll solutions that use up to 800mm media widths, including a mechanical movement that allows the user to modify the angle inclination of roll media. The XY Cutter comes equipped with five vertical cutting blades to enable automated cutting of transfers sized at a width of 134mm or more when using its full width of 800mm. If using 600mm wide media the Neolt can cut transfers sized at a width of 100mm or more.
