Supplier Profile: Dae Ha UK

consistency and HTV innovation T

Raising the bar in DTF

Dae Ha has always been focused on consistency. Whether you’re printing sportswear, fashion, or promotional garments, its DTF and HTV ranges deliver the highest consistency and finish decorators depend on.

his is why so many print shops, brands, and transfer suppliers across the UK continue to choose Dae Has as their primary consumables partner.

And the manufacturer is not standing still.

Launching September: Alpha Plus – Precision DTF film, zero branding

This September sees the launch of Alpha Plus, Dae Ha’s newest DTF film, developed with one clear goal: ultra-consistent dot gain for sharper, cleaner prints. Engineered with a low dot gain formulation and manufactured in unique Class 1,000 cleanroom conditions, Alpha Plus delivers razor-sharp edges, vibrant colours, and reduced bleed, even on fine-detail designs. It’s been tested with leading OEM printer brands, and the made in China rebranded machines, and performs consistently across a wide range of DTF setups.

Dae Ha is also making Alpha Plus non-branded. That makes it ideal for custom transfer producers and distributors who want to scale their own brand, while maintaining the assurance of premium, consistent performance underneath.

DTF safety: What’s really in your film? As the DTF market matures, many of the low cost films that are imported from China and Korea that are widely available in the market are chemically coated. The catch? Many contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), solvents that may help with ink adhesion, but can be harmful in production settings, especially with regular exposure.

Dae Ha takes a different route. All Dae Ha DTF films, including Alpha Plus, are coated using water-based, VOC-free technology, ensuring no odours, no skin irritation, and no lingering risk to operators. Every film is produced with safety, stability, and long-term reliability in mind.

HTV still matters – And Dae Ha is growing that too DTF might be fast and flexible, but when it comes to high-impact finishes, HTV still leads the way. Dae Ha’s special effect vinyls, from glitter, metallics, puff and chameleon, to flocks and holographics – offer tactile, visual finishes that simply can’t be replicated by DTF.

The real magic happens when you combine the two Many of Dae Ha’s customers now create premium garments by mixing full-colour DTF with HTV overlays, layering in dimension, texture, and bold effects that set them apart and justify higher retail prices. It’s a hybrid approach that works

just as well for one-offs as it does for short-run fashion drops or branded merch.

And Dae Ha is not stopping there, expect new additions to its HTV range over the coming year, with even more ways to push creative boundaries and increase garment value.

The road ahead: Trusted products, real growth Whether you’re a transfer supplier, print on-demand brand, or garment decorator, Dae Ha’s focus remains the same: offer dependable products that elevate quality, simplify production, and support your long-term success. With Alpha Plus DTF, continued HTV innovation, and improved logistics across the UK and Europe, Dae Ha is building something that goes far beyond just consumables – the manufacturer is helping shape the next generation of garment decoration.
