Mimaki’s TxF series direct to fi lm printers, comprising the popular TxF150-75 and the new high-capacity TxF300-75, both use the company’s advanced PHT50 heat transfer pigment ink.
Designed to deliver optimal productivity and uptime through its reliable performance and consistent jetting, the ink has also earned the prestigious Oeko-Tex Eco Passport certifi cation, assuring consumers of its safety and environmental friendliness. The Oeko-Tex certifi cation guarantees that the components of Mimaki’s ink meet strict standards, are free from harmful substances, and are safe for skin contact. It also signifi es that the printed garments are eco-friendly and have minimal environmental impact. Mimaki PHT50 ink is supplied in a fi ve-colour set (cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white) and is packaged in degassed aluminium packs to reduce single-use plastic waste. Reusable eco-cases hold these packs in the printers further promoting sustainable operation. Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks are available in 600ml packs, while white comes in a 500ml pack – and all are available through Hybrid’s network of authorised Mimaki reseller partners.

Coveme Kemafoil KTR ECO Transfer Release Film
Sustainability at its fi nest
Coveme is delighted to present the gen-2 Kemafoil KTR range of polyester based transfer release fi lms. Specifi cally designed for screen print, hybrid and full digital heat transfer printing, they offer a wide range of applications for digital, water-based, plastisol, silicone, and solvent based inks. Offering a non-wax-based, UV cured release system that is free from formaldehyde, phthalate, and chrome stearate, and has Oeko-Tex certifi cation, Kemafoil KTR is the most sustainable release fi lm available on the market.
The elimination of wax offers more vibrant colours, a super soft hand feel as well as excellent dimensional stability, humidity resistance, antistatic and anti-blocking properties. Additionally, KTR is recyclable and if required can be supplied with 70% recycled polyester (rPET) content. Offered in customer specifi ed sheet and roll sizes, the new generation of Kemafoil KTR is manufactured on Coveme’s state-of-the-art Line 11, built, installed, and commissioned within its standalone facility in 2023, as part of a major Coveme expansion for Coveme’s manufacturing.
