Dark Rides
PW: Have the needs of operators and guests changed when it comes to dark rides? LWW: Operators continue to push for ‘firsts’ and marketing angles, which can certainly be attained, but guests often just want a moment to sit down and be immersed in a story together – just like the classics.
PW: How are you working to meet and go beyond operator and guest expectations? JW: We have found that most operators really appreciate assistance with the marketing process of a new dark ride, and we are offering these services as part of our package, as we know the elements that really help it stand out. When it comes to guest experiences, we want to create memories with every ride. Our dark rides have numerous gags and sensational elements to deliver entertainment time and time again. Both the operators and the guest want to have a consistently good experience on the dark ride therefore, we focus on building reliable, and serviceable equipment for each ride and the customer service to back it up.
