Sacoa cashless system powers experience at Gravity Max Liverpool
Sacoa Cashless System, a leading provider of cashless solutions for the location-based entertainment industry, has announced its installation at Gravity Max Liverpool, the UK's latest and most groundbreaking entertainment destination.
Boasting an expansive 100,000 sq ft space, this £10M venue offers an unparalleled array of experiences. It officially opened its doors on August 9th, 2023, with a huge capacity of 2,500 people. Among the cutting-edge products installed by Sacoa at the Fun Box arcade are 8 Self-Service Kiosks, 180 Sparks RFID card readers, and other latest innovations, showcasing Sacoa's commitment to enhancing customer experiences through seamless cashless transactions. Pol Mochkovsky, CEO of Sacoa International, expressed his delight at being a part of this remarkable project, stating, "We are incredibly proud to contribute to the launch of Fun Box at the Gravity Max Liverpool. This state-of-the-art arcade is 100% unattended as players buy and recharge their playcards at any of the 8 kiosks and then redeem their e-tickets at 5 self-dispensing redemption prize machines strategically located around the game room. Winners can also redeem online through a revolutionary App. This brings huge savings on the operating costs.” Gravity Max Liverpool offers live entertainment, combining numerous bars, a food hall, multi level e-karting track, AR bowling, e-sports arena, a pool hall, batting cages and an 18 hole tech street mini golf, all within one dynamic location.
“In introducing Weather-or-Not Assurance, we are proud to note this is the most generous inclement weather policy in the industry,” said Marisa Thalberg, chief marketing and communications officer of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment. “When guests book and look forward to making memories in one of our SeaWorld parks, we want them to feel fully assured that if Mother Nature winds up having other plans that day – even if for as little as an hour – they will be able to come back another day, on us.”
The Weather-or-Not Assurance programme applies when rides are closed for 60 minutes or more due to weather. Additionally, if inclement weather causes early closure or negatively impacts the park’s operating hours, guests are eligible for a return visit at no additional cost. This expanded policy also covers extreme heat. If park temperatures reach a heat index of 110 degrees or above, visitors will be eligible for a return visit through Weather-or-Not Assurance.
Guests must be present in the park on the day of their ticket or fill out an online form with their original order number to be eligible for a return visit at no charge. Tickets must be used within 12 months of the issuance of their originally planned ticket. Other conditions apply and full details can be found on each park’s website. Guests whose SeaWorld experience is affected by extreme weather can simply stop by Guest Services in the park or complete the form online within one week of their visit to receive their Weather-or-Not Assurance ticket.
