Limitless VR available in six-player format C
reative Works, the popular attractions provider for the amusement industry, has announced a new six-player size for its
Limitless free roam VR attraction. Limitless is the only free roam attraction that is
mapped with physical props in the arena. When players see and touch a wall in the virtual space, they feel the wall in the real world. This merging of virtual and authentic worlds has been a game- changer for VR attractions. This new six-player size only requires a 20’ x 30’
footprint, making it accessible for just about any operator. This format joins the existing eight-player and 16-player Limitless layouts that are already available.
The six-player size has all the same features
and benefits of the larger formats, including an open air design, free roam game mechanics, smartphone assisted onboarding, and persistent player accounts. “Limitless provides an amazing player
experience that’s easy to learn and difficult to master,” commented Armando Lanuti, president of Creative Works. “This new size format makes the attraction fit more easily into a venue, especially for operators who are looking to upgrade from an existing VR experience.” Creative Works is also launching the fully

Simtec expands manufacturing facilities
Simtec is expanding its manufacturing facilities in Brunswick, Germany, in order to deliver on a major upcoming project for a US-based client.
Simtec cannot yet provide further details on the project, although it has revealed that the client has a global reach within the entertainment sector.
The manufacturing facilities which are to be expanded were first built in 2018, when the 5,500 sq m hall was built as an assembly and test hall to meet all customer requirements, and for the building and testing of larger systems. Since then, a large loading and unloading area for trucks and access to the hall has been built.
Construction work has now also begun inside the hall in order to be able to meet all customers’ assembly and testing requirements. Additionally, another 800 sq m warehouse is currently under construction in the northeast of the site to keep the distances to the manufacturing facilities to a minimum.
