TCSJH appoints Tim Cullimore

SCJOHNHUXLEY has appointed Tim Cullimore as its head of European sales. Tim will be responsible for the leadership of the TCSJOHNHUXLEY European sales team, developing new business opportunities and creating solution strategies to customer needs. Tim is a well-known industry veteran with over 30 years of international gaming operations and entertainment experience. He has held key roles in major gaming organisations such as General Manager at the world-renowned Ritz Casino London, Grand Casino Brussels and Casino Crans Montana, Switzerland as well as MD of Operations for Casinos Austria International UK. He has also advised governments, gaming boards and operators on establishing new casinos as well as restructuring existing operations. CPI acquires Microtronic AG C


rane Payment Innovations (CPI) has acquired Microtronic, a world leader in closed-site, open-site and mobile payment solutions. The acquisition strengthens Crane’s technology


portfolio, adding complementary capabilities to the Crane Connectivity Solutions (CCS) electronic payment and connectivity platform. CCS is the recently announced joint venture between CPI and its sister company Crane Merchandising Systems, who together are already experts in connectivity via Bluetooth, near-field communications (NFC), Wi-Fi and mobile wallet applications as well as tap, swipe and EMV chip technology for cards. “As the industry’s leading expert in payment system and cash management solutions, we are committed to stay at the forefront of innovation,”


said Eric Fisher, CPI President of Gaming. “The acquisition of Microtronic reinforces that commitment and will help us deliver a seamless connectivity experience to operators as new payment methods are approved for and utilized on the gaming floor.”

Alfastreet and Complete Solutions link up

lfastreet and Complete Solutions, a provider of consultancy casino services and information technology from Aruba, have announced a distribution partnership. Alfastreet’s strong position in the Caribbean market is constantly growing which led to the company’s decision of choosing local partner Complete Solutions to be their distributor and technical support for the islands. The agreement includes distribution of the complete Alfastreet product line, upgrades and spare parts. Under the agreement provisions, Complete Solutions will also


become the primary provider of service and application support in the covered region.
