LOOKING BACK
The year the MEGAFAIR portfolio went full ‘megaverse’
Let’s spin the ‘Wheel of the Year’ with MEGAFAIR as it looks back at the biggest moments of 2025 and hints at what’s coming next. This was a significant year that began with the refreshing ICE conference in Barcelona, as the MEGA team explains.
structured acquisition strategy with a smart-funnel game approach that maximises LTV.
FROM STRATEGY TO THE STAGE Autumn was a milestone! We had our official market debut with our first-ever booth at SBC Lisbon. It became the start of the ‘Megaverse’. But it wasn’t just about the games. The key faces of the company were highly engaged this year, actively sharing their expertise. Our CEO and Co-founder, Yan Shif, participated in the first webinar of the Crystal Ball series by iGB, and our CCO Alena Tsuranova brought energy to the stage twice at SiGMA World Central Europe, delivering valuable insights on aggregation strategies and player retention.

ack in January, we introduced our charming mascot, Lilly. She became our go-to unicorn responsible for all important announcements, congratulations, and informing our community. Lilly’s presence has helped us to build a unique brand identity. If you haven’t met her yet, be sure to connect with us on LinkedIn!
In the first half of the year, we strategically strengthened our position in iGaming as a skill games pioneer. We worked closely with partners to show that skill titles are very effective as a top-of-funnel acquisition tool. They generate high engagement, keep customer acquisition costs low, and perform best for cross-promotion into higher-margin games. We’ve got the successful case studies to prove it.
HYBRID HYPE AND PORTFOLIO POWER
This summer brought a bright start with the launch of a new star in our portfolio: Crazy Zeus Run. Our first slot and a unique hybrid board game. We presented it at iGB Live in London, and the buzz was instant. Zeus earned insane popularity in several regions, which is no surprise, as it’s not just another ancient Greek-themed slot. The game combines traditional RNG slot mechanics with engaging board game elements, creating a fresh and fun player experience. Following the success of Zeus, we released

We also strengthened our digital presence, increasing social media activity and launching our own YouTube channel.
TEAM, TRUST AND TIME AHEAD Our LinkedIn community grew organically past 3,000, and you know the secret: it’s because our hiring announcements are not pure descriptions. We look for people as passionate and dedicated as the MEGA team. Our crew is the core of the company. We are proud that it is multicultural and tight knit, even though we’re all remote. MEGAFAIR grew significantly this year, especially strengthening technical expertise, and we do not plan to slow the growth.

two more RNG games. Does this shift mean we’ve abandoned skill? Absolutely not. We are building a balanced two-track portfolio fully charged with skill and RNG titles to satisfy all operator needs and implement a
The most important part of our success is our partners, for whom we create tailored products and guarantee continuous support. Over the past year, we have established many new partnerships, achieving about 50 successful integrations and continue to seek out more. Some of these are in the final agreement and setup phase, and we promise you’ll be excited when we announce them. These new collaborations are our main achievement for 2025, and we deeply appreciate their trust.
As for 2026, get ready for a packed roadmap featuring retention-driven slots, seriously thrilling crash releases, plus our first official Megaways launch and reskins – all designed to keep our partners ahead of the curve. Let’s partner and win bigger!
