The conference opens on December 10 with a keynote address by Alejandro H. Tengco, Chairman and CEO of PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. As the country’s chief regulator, Tengco’s remarks are expected to set the tone for discussions on how the Philippines is navigating the balance between regulation, innovation, and growth.

His address will likely highlight the role of private sector investment in shaping Manila’s emergence as a gaming hub. Panel discussions will follow, including “The Philippine Gaming Revolution: Navigating


Land-Based and Online Frontiers Amidst Regulatory Transformation,” featuring industry veterans such as Niall Murray of Murray International (Macau), Evan Spytma of Casino Plus, and Shaun McCamley of GameWorkz. This session is expected to delve into how the Philippines is positioning itself as a leader in both physical casinos and the rapidly expanding online gaming space.
