Como lo establece la ley que determina que la Autoridad de Aplicación de la mencionada Ley, la que arbitrará los medios necesarios para su implementación y reglamentación según la Ley Nº 10.793, que regula la actividad de juego en línea, en sus distintas modalidades, medios electrónicos, informáticos, telemáticos e interactivos. Según El Acta de Preadjudicación de fecha 12/09/2022, “se ha
convalidado la Preadjudicación de una (1) licencia a cada una de las fi rmas oferentes en la Licitación Pública Nacional e Internacional para el otorgamiento de hasta diez (10) licencias para la organización, explotación y el desarrollo de la actividad juego “en línea”, a desarrollarse en el ámbito de la Provincia de Córdoba” a las siguientes fi rmas: “Rush Street interactive Latin America LLC – Sucursal Argentina
- Atlántica de Juegos S.A.- U.T (U.T en formación)”; “Online Córdoba Betsson Malta Holding Limited – Casino de Victoria S.A.- Unión Transitoria” (U.T en formación); “CET S.A.- Concesionaria de Entretenimientos y Turismo – Daruma SamS.A.-Uions Transitoria”; “BINBAIRES S.A.- ONDISS S.A.- Intralot International Limited - U.T.”; “Impresora Internacional de Valores S.A.I. y C.”; “Ibergaren S.A. – Unión Transitoria” (U.T en formación); “Boldt S.A. - SG Digital U.T.”; “Slots Machines S.A.”. Asimismo, las autoridades lograron aprobar el modelo de Contrato de Concesión y que será suscripto en representación de esta Lotería de Córdoba por el Sr. Presidente, Cr. Héctor Trivillin, con cada una de las fi rmas adjudicatarias, las cuales previo a la fi rma del contrato, cada una también, acompañe la Garantía de Cumplimiento del Contrato por la suma de AR$200 Millones (US$1 millón), según el numeral 5.2 del Pliego de Condiciones Generales.

Additionally, the authorities approved the model for the Concession Contract, which will be subscribed on behalf of Loteria de Córdoba by President Héctor Trivillin with each of the tender winning companies. Prior to the signing of the contract, each one must pay the Contract Guarantee for the sum of AR$200 million (US$1 million), according to number 5.2 of the General Terms and Conditions.
